Shipping & Returns


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Usually in 2 business days. Occasionally there are some delays and we may take up to 5 business days.

We will send you an email letting you know that your order has shipped. You can also log into your account at any time and see the shipping status of all of your orders. (Please note that if you receive a shipping notice over the weekend or on a Federal Holiday, your package will be going into the mail the next day that the Post Office is open.)

Normally the USPS will deliver your package within a week or less for domestic and within two weeks for international. During peak shipping times, and to some International destinations, this average delivery time may get longer. Please contact us if your package has not delivered – 2 weeks for domestic and 4 weeks for international during normal shipping dates – from the ship date. If your package was insured we will need to allow 3 weeks for domestic and 45 days for International packages before we can file an insurance claim.  

Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds

We guarantee that the sample you purchase from L’Shaman is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer’s bottle as described.
But we cannot guarantee that you’ll like it, so we don’t issue returns if the fragrance is not what you hoped for.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely. If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please email us a photo and order number stating which bottles were damaged. Upon receipt of the photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items. 

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within five days if there is a problem.
